Armed with a portastudio and a DIY attitude, Melvyn first released material as Penal Colada and then Enski Boski in the
80’s. Melvyn also formed the band Pushbutton Pleasure with partner-in-crime Terry Burrows.
Berbel Nobodius was originally conceived to explore ‘Melodic Ambience’. Compositions, that were mainly instrumental in nature. The first release was ‘Wanton But Windblown’ in 1989.
